1. ORDERS / PAYMENT
a) The fact for the Customer to place order by means of FRANCE POUPEES’ Internet website is worth full and whole acceptance of the present general conditions of sale.
b) The acceptance of the order by FRANCE POUPEES is definitive only after full payment.
c) Accepted means of payment : cheque, bank transfer, VISACARD, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD.
2. PRICES
Prices are quoted in EURO, with 0% VAT included (our company is not subjected to the VAT).
3. SHIPPING
a) The shipping costs are to be added to the price of articles. They are automatically computed by the electronic basket.
b) For the exportations, possible taxes, customs charges or other services to pay in application of the French regulations or those of an addressee or transit country are chargeable to the Customer.
c) Items are sent at Customers' responsibility. Dolls and dolls’ heads are insured. Claims for damage should be made with the carrier. Consequently, we recommend to the Customer to verify the goods at delivery.
d) The address supplied by the Customer in the order form is the address of delivery. Post office boxes are not accepted.
4. DELIVERY TIME / AVAILABILITY
a) Items in stock are sent within 8 days.
b) If item(s) are out-of-stock, a maximum delay of eight weeks can separate the dispatch date of the date of reception of the order. After this period, the Customer will have the possibility of cancelling his order without it entails any right for compensation or damages.
c) We reserve us the right to cancel an order in case we could not supply any more an article on the foreseen conditions without it entails any right for compensation or damages for the customer.
5. ARTICLES' CHARACTERISTICS
a) Sold articles are not toys, they are collectibles. Thus, they are not intended for children.
b) We make a commitment in respecting the characteristics of our products but it is a handcraft susceptible of slight variations. Thus, the characteristics of articles and photos only have an indicative value.
6. RESERVATION OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
According to the N°80-335 of 12-05-1980 law, our goods remain our property until the complete payment.
7. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
All information received is treated with strict confidence. Personal and financial details will not be disclosed to any third party.
8. APPLICABLE LAW / COURT OF JURISDICTION
The French law applies to the relations between FRANCE POUPEES and the costumers. The court of Bourges (France) is the only one to be competent.
